Members of the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Board of Directors came together virtually and in-person in Texas in mid-August to share their enthusiasm and expertise. They united around expectations, strategy, and goals for the upcoming year and beyond, agreed to and voted on the budget for the coming year, and laid the groundwork for the Foundation’s participation at Convention 2024.

The Omega Phi Alpha Foundation’s dedicated board strives for excellence in its mission to empower sorority members through service and leadership. The recent board meeting ensured the Foundation’s continued success, making a positive impact in communities across the nation.

At the weekend meeting, board members actively discussed ways to improve the Foundation’s strategic direction. Combining their passions and expertise, the directors outlined a clear vision for the organization’s future. They established expectations and goals, thus committing to the Foundation’s mission of empowering sorority members to become compassionate philanthropists and leaders in their communities.

Penny Guiles, the President of the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Board of Directors, expressed her enthusiasm about the outcomes of the meeting, stating, “The dedication and synergy displayed by the board members during this meeting were truly inspiring! With a unified vision, we are confident in our ability to advance our mission and foster positive change in the lives of Omega Phi Alpha members across the country.”
