Omega Phi Alpha’s programming is centered around our cardinal principles of friendship, leadership, and service.
In Omega Phi Alpha, we remember that the best way to have a friend is to be one.
Omega Phi Alpha views leadership as a quality that can be held by any member.
Community service and volunteering is the main focus of Omega Phi Alpha.
National Awards Program
Omega Phi Alpha presents many awards each year, which are also announced at the national convention and in national publications.
These include service awards, chapter awards, individual leadership awards, and alumnae awards, as well as specific named awards, including the Susan Terzian Award, the Ann DeMatteo Alumnae Service Award, and the Pamela McCullough McEwen Scholarship Award.
The awards program exists so that individuals and chapters can earn recognition for the leadership skills they’ve developed.
