Omega Phi Alpha Refund and Return Policy
Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority collects payments for national dues, activation fees, and expansion fees as part of its membership and chapter development processes. All payments submitted to the National Organization are considered final and non-refundable.
National Dues
National dues are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. By paying dues, members affirm their understanding and acceptance of national policies, including the non-refundable nature of dues. This applies regardless of membership status changes, voluntary withdrawal, or disciplinary removal.
Activation Fees
Activation fees are required for new members joining Omega Phi Alpha. These fees cover onboarding materials, administrative processing, and national record keeping. Activation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Expansion Fees
Individuals participating in the formation of a Potential New Chapter (PNC) are required to submit an expansion fee to support the cost of administrative support, materials, and national guidance throughout the expansion process. Expansion fees are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of whether the individual or the PNC as a whole proceeds through or completes the expansion process.
