Alpha Pi Chapter selected this project because many sisters are survivors of suicide attempts or thoughts or have friends who have been impacted by suicide. Throughout this project, the members tabled in the student center and had people write encouraging notes, dedications, or their own stories on flags. Those flags were placed in front of a building on campus where people could stop to read the messages. The messages on the more than 100 flags supported those who needed them.
