The national Cardinal Principles team is where all things friendship, leadership, and service live.
Our service team recently split into two roles: National Service Program Coordinator and Chapter Service Program Coordinator. Doing this allows one person to focus more on forming national service based partnerships and creating programming for National Service Week and one person to focus more directly on chapter Service Directors and national service requirements.

All of the members of the Cardinal Principles team agree that one of the best things about volunteering on the Operational Leadership Team is staying connected to Omega Phi Alpha and meeting new people all across the country. As is true for many members of the national team; they wouldn’t have met each other or other national volunteers if they hadn’t joined the team after graduation.
The latest news from the Cardinal Principles team is that the Leadership Development Program (LDP) is available for all members on OPAportal. There are currently 6 modules related to each of our core values with lessons, activities, and quizzes. We invite all of our members to explore the LDP and offer feedback or ideas for future modules.
Additionally, the Cardinal Principles team is excited to announce that we have formed our first long term service based partnership with RAINN (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network). You can read more about that partnership here. Join us next week to raise money for RAINN and learn more during National Service Week.
More friendship, leadership, and career development events and programming are coming in 2022!
