The National Events Team is responsible for planning and executing Omega Phi Alpha’s signature national events including District Summit and Convention.
The team consists of members who plan all aspects of these events from planning activities to logistics to registration. Behind the scenes, they are working to plan icebreakers, service projects, sisterhood activities, ensuring locations are secured and the appropriate rooms are reserved, and that registration is available in a timely manner. Additionally, they work to finalize every minute of the event schedule and work with the communications team to ensure all necessary materials are designed and printed.
The team is currently planning for Convention 2022 and is excited to welcome members to Fort Worth, TX in July.
