Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Annual Report
You are invited to review the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation annual report, and take a deep dive into the insights and impact you have within our community!
The Omega Phi Alpha Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Through your generosity, the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation provides scholarships and grants to OPhiA members. We’re excited to share with you that we’ve published our 2022-2023 Annual Report for you to read more about how you are helping members across the country through the Foundation.
I genuinely hope that you will enjoy reading the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation’s 2022-2023 Annual Report. In this report, you will find meticulous details of our accomplishments, no matter how big or small. It’s important for me to emphasize that the profound impact of the Foundation is only achievable because of your steadfast and continuous support. Your generous support means the world to not only me, but to all of us here at the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation.
The Foundation provides chapter grants and scholarships to members/chapters of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority. Last year, we had our biggest year of funding dispersed to members.
Wendy Rangel (Alpha Nu), scholarship recipient, said “The Pamela McCullough McEwen Scholarship was such a great opportunity for me not only as a student, but as an alumni member of Omega Phi Alpha. The application itself allowed me to share how impactful the organization has been in my life. Being granted this scholarship helped alleviate the financial responsibility of paying for my graduate education out of pocket. I have always been thankful for this organization, so receiving this scholarship was so significant.”
You’ve played a huge part in helping us further our mission! Your donation to Omega Phi Alpha Foundation helps members like Wendy who are pursuing education after “active” life.
Our Foundation Board of Directors is excited to build upon the exceptional foundation laid by our previous board members and volunteers. Special thanks to Leann Williams (Nu) for her early involvement in developing this report. We hope you enjoy reading our report!
