How do I find out if my employer will match my donation?
If you have your new hire materials on hand, it will often be included as one of the employee benefits.
Otherwise, you can reach out directly to your company’s HR department to find out if there is a matching gift policy.
My employer gave me a Matching Gift Form. Where do I send it?
If you are permitted to fill it out electronically, you can email it to the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Board of Directors: fbod@omegaphialpha.org
If your employer states that you must submit the form via mail, please mail the form to:
