Suzy McTaggart is an alumna of Gamma Chapter and serves as an Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Board Member. Nationally, Suzy has served as Omega Phi Alpha’s alumnae convention coordinator, alumnae societies coordinator, a member of the Board of Alumnae Activities, and Vice President of Lifetime Membership. She is ecstatic to now be serving on the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation Board of Directors to help enable the amazing formative opportunities for growth and leadership that the sorority provides to its members.
Suzy received her BS in Chemistry and Statistics from EMU and is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics at the University of Michigan. Professionally, she serves as the assistant director for evaluation and assessment at the University of Michigan’s Medical School conducting educational research and programmatic assessment efforts for the preclinical program and consulting with faculty on the development of valid student assessments.
Personally, Suzy enjoys spending time crafting with her Kindergarten-aged daughter, lounging with the family’s old, lazy beagle-basset, and exploring Michigan’s craft breweries with her loving husband.
