Jan Titsworth is Omega Phi Alpha’s National President and serves as the sorority’s representative for the Omega Phi Alpha Foundation. Jan brings creativity, strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to her role as President and Chief Transformation Officer of Decalibron Consulting, LLC. Drawing on her expertise conceptualizing and implementing new programs and community initiatives in population health, higher education, and leadership development, she guides organizations as they put their vision into action. Jan’s diverse experience spans multiple business sectors, including healthcare, higher education, and small business development.
Jan values national and community service and in addition to serving as National President of Omega Phi Alpha National Service Sorority, she is a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth and a long-time classroom volunteer for Junior Achievement of the Chisholm Trail.
Jan earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Texas A&M University. She is an avid hiker, drawing inspiration from the personal challenge of time on the trail. Jan and her husband, Jim, have two adult children.
