Hands-on, dedicated, passionate—these are the qualities of a great leader. For the past 50 years, OPA has been fortunate to have the talents of just such a group of leaders. In 2018–19, more than 50 sisters volunteered in national leadership roles.

And, while the efforts of our volunteer staff members are astounding, they are simply not enough to propel OPA into the next century and beyond. Many organizations our size have a paid operational leader who can make the organization their top priority. Therefore, Omega Phi Alpha will be hiring a part-time executive director. Funding for this position was approved by the Convention 2019 delegation.
