Mental Fitness Workout

Join fellow bees in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month! You’ll find ways to help your body and mind slow, grow, and know.

During these 30-45 minute Mental Fitness Workouts, we will rotate between content such as guided meditations, beginner yoga and thoughtful discussions around videos like Ted Talks.
