Leadership Training Library
Omega Phi Alpha strives to create and provide training materials in the following areas:

• Leadership workshops
• Team builders
• Chapter officer training

We are in the process of putting together all of these materials to create a virtual training library you can access 24 hours a day.

If you are in need of a workshop of any particular topic, please contact the VP Leadership with your request. Be sure to allow some time for us to research the topic and put the materials together so we can provide you with quality workshop materials.
